The Award

The Rank Memorial Award is a single grant of up to £10,000, to be competed for annually by individuals aged 18-28, to demonstrate `Leadership in Action'. The initiative is to be entirely of the individual's own design.

We are looking to support someone from within the Rank Network to undertake an initiative which embraces the concept of 'Leadership in Action, demonstrating how that can be put into practice. The proposal should indicate the applicant's own aspirations and goals in undertaking this initiative, illustrating a clear benefit for a local community. The final plan must include personal, educational and developmental goals.

The proposal should include a community based fieldwork component, with a strong emphasis on 'Leadership in Action.

The initiative does not have to be UK-based - the world is your oyster!
