Calling all former Youth or Adult? workers

With the Rank Charities' Youth or Adult? initiative about to reach 21 years, it is an appropriate time to look back at its achievements and to look forward at how work can be developed more broadly in the field.

We want to contact all those who have been worker's within the Initiative. We'd like to add your reflections on your experience of the Rank approach and the journey it has enabled you, the people you have work with and/or your organisation to undertake. We'd also like to keep you informed or current work within the network.

Even if you are no longer involved in youth/community work we are still very interested in hearing from you, in order to find out if there are elements of the experience that have stayed with you.
