Do you have a passion and vision for the future of young people as leaders and educators?

The Rank Foundation is looking to appoint a self motivated nationally qualified Youth Worker with excellent facilitative and communication skills to develop further our already well established youth and education initiatives principally in Northern Ireland and Northern England.  There will be in addition a UK wide remit for developing the informal education and training utilising the YMCA George Williams College which is so integral to our method of working.  There will be a particular role in promoting the development of the Rank Youth Network – YARN, which represents a significant part of Rank’s professional leadership development network.  The person needs to have significant experience of leadership and management in a variety of settings.  They will be expected to travel extensively through out the UK mixing flexible working with home working, team meetings, monitoring visits, conferences and residentials.

This is a unique opportunity to enable positive change in society and invest in local UK Communities.
