People are… all still learning and going through the experience... Part of the task is to bring that all together and to get some of the sharing of their experiences going on - so that everybody starts understanding what the processes are that’s making this thing go along, rather than it just being a task.

There is more to life than building tepees. Educators and participants talk about the processes of working together over several days. Consider:

• what learning took place.

• the part feelings play.

• how atmosphere affects situations.

• why people may focus on activities rather than processes.

• the process of looking back on experiences.
