Preparing and updating your agency page for the website

It is the job of the project worker to prepare a page for the main Rank website in the first months of the project (and to send it to Mark K. Smith by November in the first year). We need around 500 words from you that:

• Provides contact details (address, telephone and e-mail, and the names of the worker and manager.

• Describes the agency and the work it does.

• Provides details of the specific project funded by the Rank Charities.

We also need:

• A copy of your logo

• Details of any websites that also describe the work of your agency.

Updating your page

All you need to do to update your page is:

1. Go your page on the web.

2. Mark up the sections that need changing and copy them into Word (or whatever processor you use).

3. Delete any images.

4. Edit the text.

5. Save the text in Word, .txt or rtf.

6. Send to Mark: m.smith@ymca.ac.uk
