A Youth or Adult? project 1999 - 2004; Investing in Success 2005-2008
The project brings new and innovative theatre and culturally enriching experiences to the community of Central Fife and beyond. The project uses a young person driven philosophy to explore and pioneer creative learning which is underpinned by the practice of informal and community education
Young people are at the heart of what we do and they are involved at every level of the organization and are the heart of the decision making process, through the young leaders program, management committee representatives and Youth Strategy Group helping the organization reflect the needs and aspirations of its young people and maintain its organic, grass roots nature.
We strive to create a culture that promotes well being, inclusion trust, respect and creativity through all we do to help project a positive image of what young people are capable of, if only given the opportunity and environment in which to flourish.
