JUMP (Jesus Use My Potential) seeks to help young people build their confidence, grow in self-esteem and take advantage of opportunities that their personal circumstance might not normally allow. Virtually all of their projects are run by young people who have not only benefited from the work of the organisation, but have also gained the understanding that self-perception can determine the level of self-attainment.

JUMP offers programmes such as our Young Writers Society, Active Youth Leadership Programme, Football Programme, and Time & Purpose in Schools in order to entirely facilitate the needs of young people. Whilst impacting our community through our Rainbow Partnership, Scholarship Programme, CYF (Christian Youth Workers Forum), Education Programme and Arts & Music Programme.
We believe in the improvement of life for everyone in our local, national and international community and we are sold out to making a lasting difference.
Rank supports JUMP’s Active Youth Leadership Programme, the remit of which is to create a place for young adults to develop in varying skills and abilities whilst being exposed to opportunities to impact their communities positively. The programme promotes self-awareness and leadership development through skills based activities and training whilst highlighting relationship building, peer-mentoring and volunteering in community schemes.
